Project Description :

The case management system, based on Dynamics CRM2015, integration into the existing SharePoint 2013 farm for document management. This project is focussed on the integration pieces specific to the CRM/SharePoint integration points.

 

Tasks performed :

• Business requirements gathered and documented for approval by the business
• Identification and defined the required customization components
• Meta Data development to support the document life cycling defined for the solution
• Definition of various SharePoint templates: site collection, document library
